There’s no cohesion or rhyme or reason.
 
The girl in the middle is…I’ll politely say awkward. Well defined head as it was cut and pasted, then a poorly-drawn body that doesn’t match. Nothing about this individual makes sense within the context of this picture, or at all really.
 
The background looks like it was lifted straight from like Blue’s Clues or something, which nothing wrong with that but doesn’t fit anything else. There’s a poorly drawn table there for some reason though.
 
Sweetie Belle was just cut and pasted in. Nothing wrong with the original edit, but…this is just odd.
 
Nothing about this scream or even whispers cohesion or good. If you’re looking to get started in art, this ain’t it chief. Find some tutorials online and where to start, then get cracking. Practice it A LOT. I don’t think you yourself are an inherently bad artist, just you haven’t found what clicks for you. Keep trying.

I’d Google it for a better explanation, but the Uncanny Valley is a concept that the closed something that isn’t human looks like a human, the more off-putting it is. So the girl in this has a realistic face, but still not 100%, a dead expression, and has really weird proportions and it’s unsettling.
