ponylife!Rarity said (in another episode( that Applejack is “her muse” -> Then it goes to her fear that “eons” had passed since she went into the “Cosmic Truth Dimension” (without Applejack, Rarity would be likely unable to “set new trends” in whatever “distant future” she would wake up).
 
-> Is not that she would not miss the rest of her friends & family (she will); but rather that whatever her new future could be, knowing that she still has “the tools” (her mind & her muse) to rebuild her reputation was a relief.
