Maybe this is an alignment chart as in how moral these characters are even though it still doesn’t make sense.
Either way I will defend Jessie, James and Meowth at least deserve to be in the grey area. They are three of the best people in the whole series and you cannot tell me otherwise.
What’s wrong with N? Up until Lillie he was one of the only Pokémon characters (out of the humans) in the games with a unique backstory and a pretty tragic one at that.

No kidding. That poor Eevee passed out trying to play the flute, because she couldn’t grip the music holes and Dashie had to give her CPR. Also the Pokéflute is surprisingly durable.

Well, its a good thing Fluttershy eventually taught her.
She DID try that though and even had her female Eevee blow the flute. But it didn’t work, Snorlax just kept on snoozing.
I know. But I like to think that works in RPGs if you in real life don’t know how to play the instrument of choice.

In fact, she doesn’t know how to play the Poké Flute and prefers to use it smack Snorlax upside the head with it.
Considering Rainbow has been shown to be the most vulgar of the mane six, her saying that wouldn’t surprise me.
Yeah but seeing the Eevee on Rainbow Dash’s head means that this is the Let’s Go version of Kanto meaning Snorlaxs can also be rare spawns in Cerulean Cave.
She’s a trainer in this universe, so yes.
Maybe she wants to catch it. That is one of the only two places you can find Snorlax.
