Description

I am a fan of that periodic-table-series since a long time but now I really wanted to do a picture on my self. I hope nobody is mad because I done this element before. Personally I think showing uranium glass is a much better Idea than other things which might come into ones mind.
I know that we have a little gap between 92-U and 87-Fr now but I’m sure we will fill it. Also, I might create another picture in the future for a even heavier element.

Uranium-238 (99% of all uranium) has a half-life of over 4 billion years and is a weak α (alpha) radition emitter which gets stopped by a few centimeters of air, a sheet of paper of even skin. There is literally zero risk of radiation unless you swallow it and even then the chemical toxicity of uranium (it’s a heavy metal) is more dangerous than its radiological toxicity.
