18 fps, the middle ground between 12 and 24.
First of all, 2 versions - linear and 2 forward, 1 back. I’m not sure which one I like more, so I included both ^^
Also in one version, I tried “coloring” in the cloak to make it not entirely see-through. Filling everything with solid colors was tough, so I compromised and filled the cloak in 75% opacity with white. I like this way of doing it but I welcome feedback. If it looks weird, feel free to say so.
