I do blacklist tags, but I can only blacklist the ones people actually add to the image. This site has a ridiculous number of really specific tags and more are added every day. You can’t expect to trouble people by making them add a new weirdly specific tag to their filter every day when they’ve already seen the thing they thought they’d filtered out.  
When it’s clearly a fetish piece, just add the tag of the fetish. Why is this so hard? It’s just basic etiquette.

The OC is a pony oc, just dragon-ified. It belongs here. End of story. Just enjoy the pic if you like, and blacklist tags you don’t like next time.

The head looks more serpentine than draconian to me. But, I suppose snakes and dragons are closely enough related.
