It is a station wagon and appears to be loosely based on a Buick Regal Tour X. But the designers did more visual differentiation this time. Though it seems they gave it their “Chrysler” brand’s badging on the grille. Could be wrong about that winged logo though. The roof luggage box says “Wenatchee” unlike the real life brand “Yakima.” Wenatchee is a town north of real life Yakima and is also a Native American name.
In short, I am pretty sure it’s based off the Tour X.
As usual, lovingly detailed cars in the Adorkable universe; this one doesn’t look quite right for a Chrysler Pacifica, but I’m not sure what else it could be. Thoughts, anyone?
I know the whole point of this comic is to make it awkward, but I really want to see Twilight and Greg reconcile and remain friends, with Twi accepting his new relationship. It sucks, yeah, but that is part of being an adult.
Twilight is already awkward, this is just going to make her more awkward. However, just about everything makes her more awkward in this comic, so it will just be business as usual.
Or because Chrysler owns Opel (Who made the Insignia, which is the Regal in the US) now.
There are people who are known to place different automaker badges on different cars, so it’s likely greg’s one of those.
Well now that image in head. I’m ok with that.
