That’s why it’s called (and should be tagged) “semi-anthro”. Also incorrect leg anatomy - the artist has made a common mistake of assuming ankle joint (the one with protrusion at the back) is the knee. The show also commits this mistake several times, usually when extra anthro-fication is required (the dance in Over a Barrel, for example).  
Actual knee is next to the body, they’re “standing on tiptoes” so to speak, and with ponies style simplification hides the muscle/bone definition that’d otherwise show where the knee is.  

Disproportionate anatomy aside, she’s still very cute <3

Compare the sizes of the hind and back legs. She won’t even be able to stand on all fours.
