You can come to the logical conclusion regardless of confirmation. Ever since season one, everyone suspected Apolejack and her siblings to be orphans as no mention or indication of her parents was ever discussed. For years it was generally accepted by the community until it was made real in season 8. So again, just cause they aren’t confirmed, doesn’t mean it won’t happen. Besides, Granny Smith is dead in the finale. So death is a real thing. The characters will die save for Twilight and any other eternal being with ageless properties. It’s common sense.

Growing old is obligatory. Growing up is strictly optional.

The show still didn’t actually confirm she will long outlive her friends. Wrinkles and grey hair on rarity is not enough

But it is sad knowing their lives are coming to an end whilst Twilight remains eternal and ageless. It’s one of the reasons I hate her becoming a alicorn. But beautiful and cute picture nonetheless.
