I promise I haven’t abandoned the Roseverse! I’m just busy getting yelled at on Twitter.
 
Lately, I felt like speeding up the Roseverse timeline so I could draw ponies like Dovely, Jade, and Little Lady when they’re older with families.
 
Jade and Lady end up together and adopt 2 beautiful little boys Teddy Tarsus [Changeling Diamond Dog] and River Styx [Kirin]  
They have a lovely life filled with weird misadventures and a fair bit of drama. They’re happy.  
I imagine they’re in their mid 60s in this picture. Still strong, still vain. Little Lady eventually starts going by Lady Apple in her late 30s and Jade Luck eventually takes on the name Lady Luck. The two are Canterlot Socialites. Lady Apple putting on grand luncheons and evening events while Lady Luck hosts charity events and fashion shows to commemorate her late mother Lady Rarity.  
Lady Apple still has a rival in Lord Dovely though it’s gone from a dark hatred to a playful and mischievous friend/enemy situation. Lady does mend her relationship with her family and Jade is reunited with her older brother Jasper. Nothing is ever 100% perfect but I wholeheartedly believe that Lady and Jade are happy.
 
I think I needed to draw this more for myself than anyone else. Also no, Lady’s hair is not still vibrant orange, she dyes it. She hasn’t come to terms with her age just yet!
