You may be right. The only way to find out is to wait and see.
I’m a guy, BTW.

I stand corrected
but “all grown up” wasn’t a spin off, it was more a sequel because it aired after the original rugrats ended, is only a spin off if is airing at while the original is still alive.
This is why I think you’re a pretty cool dude/chick/gender not specified, but I digress.
My concern with this official humanisation is well…anyone remember All Grown Up? The spinoff for Rugrats? I sure do, which is hard to believe because that show had no impact on me.
Ergo, I’m not sure what to think of this, as it may turn out to be a less inspired version of the show we currently all watch and (YMMV) enjoy
Some people are just over confident about the potential of such thing. If it is the way we tought, it would be just another teen sitcom (probably a copypasta of another one of them as if it wasn’t enough) that try to hook on my little pony to be popular.
and it’s a good thing they changed Luna.
The internet doesn’t need another Cynder…
if Hasbro want something to appeal to teenage girls, I’d have thought that the my little pony label would actually hurt their chances
I’ve decided that it may be a good thing that Hasbro/DHXmedia/the writers have decided to shake things up. The franchise won’t go stale that way. I myself have decided to give the changes a chance and maybe even embrace them. As long as the storytelling in FiM stays awesome, I’ll enjoy the show.
There. That’s what I have to say about it. I will now step back and no longer add to the drama.
I’m actually glad that Hasbro is paying more attention to MLP. Can’t wait to see how it pans out.
