This is how I mentally envisioned Project Horizons ending in my own mind personally.  
Do not read unless you want story spoilers!  
Their last moment together on the mortal plane of exsistance became their forever after Tom highfived the eater into oblivion. Blackjack’s clone & memories still walk the wastelands, perhaps eternally… but her soul is with the one who only wanted her safe.  
After everything,  
This is what they deserved in the end…
