Description

Mulberry pulls out Antoine’s pistol, and opening the breech she loads it. This makes the mare remembers the day she learned to work a gun.

Antoine had known the mare was one to take walks unescorted occasionally, and knowing he’d eventually have to leave town for his research, the stallion had decided to buy her a purse pistol. Funnily enough, it was she who had wanted to go to a range as a date. She was a poor shot, and though they returned three more times before Antoine left she couldn’t say she was super confident shot. Especially with a gun she’s never used before, and is quite a bit larger.

The stalk isn’t really moving at all, so maybe she could shoot it from here, but she guesses she has a 50/50 chance to hit it. To be absolutely sure she’d have to get in the room.
