Description

Made a 2nd OC from my species. ^^  
Herbal Scents is a natural remedy pony…She likes to create various herbal aromas that produce soothing effects. Also a close friend to Silver Dream.  
Her accessory is a handkerchief of sorts wrapped around her tail. :)  
It’s been awhile since I’ve done anything MLP related…I redid my base designs a bit as the previous ones left a more blurred effect. ^^
