Nope, only “The Last Roundup” was reedited. None of the Derpy cameos in the other eps were ever changed.

I wonder if there’ll be a ‘fixed’ version where she’s edited out again…  
They’ve done it before. And with Hasbro doing what they’re [still] doing, might end up happening a bit faster than with Roundup. (grab highest quality, write-protect, archive)
 
Derpy was one of the reasons I would spot a lot of little episode errors, and other strange things during an episode.
 
Hasbro’s meddling in regards to removing Derpy from the show is just their fearing the ‘wrath’(butthurt) of the [very] few, over the disappointment of the many that viewed her as the Where’s Waldo of pony. Their meddling can be seen as a sign that Hasbro doesn’t 100% trust the studio. (They’ve yet to disappoint, to tell the truth)

V GIVE US A SIGN!

At least there is still hope we will see more of her. Season 3 was worryingly devoid of Derpy, but perhaps this is a sign we will see her again in season 4.

Um, no. There’ve been just a few times where Derpy was “doing nothing”. About half the time she’s not doing much of anything, and a bit less than half the time she’s involved in some sort of gag or other business (like waving at the audience).
