An incomplete reference sheet of my OC, Brass Case, or Caliber(a nickname reserved for close friends). I can only draw side profiles dern it! I never could get other methods down…
 
Due to his hybrid nature, he has no cutie mark(not that he wants or needs a picture on his flank). While he looks reptilian in shape, he is mammalian in nature; being warm blooded, covered in fur and feathers. He stands half a head taller than the average Stallion, just shy of Big Mac sized; And a full head taller than the average mare. His wingspan, also larger than average, along with a light weight bone structure means he doesn’t use his inner pegasus magic to fly. He has since learned to channel this magic in other ways, such as a shield, focused beam(which can mix with his fire to be super-heated) or a short range shock wave. His dragon fire, likewise, is non magical; And is instead created by two glands in his cheeks that excrete two chemicals that ignite when they come in contact.
 
Currently living in exile from a little known country from across the sea, He took part in a failed resistance against his home’s tyrannical Democratic Socialist/Communist leaders. Having witnessed his friends and neighbors attack and kill each other in a fanatical civil war that he participated in, he has grown cold and distant; Preferring to operate alone, rather than risk his remaining friends and family. This has even resulted in him developing a nightmare form, which he used often to frighten and rout his opponents using it’s demonic shape, voice and psychopathic tendencies to extreme effect. Sadly this resulted in him falling for a trap, which resulted in the death of his remaining friends and love interest. His family is scattered. Some siding with the government, others in reeducation camps, or dead. He dreams to one day return to his home and liberate his people. With, or without the princesses help. Even if it kills him.
 
He has a fascination for weapons; and even demonstrates remarkable skill in their creation; despite very little training(being mostly self taught). From blades, to bows, to bullets, he displays an intense interest, and wants to rearm and armor the royal guard.
 
His personality is that of reserved shyness; yet if one looks closely enough, they can see a pained loneliness and rage. This makes him prefer to live alone in the mountainous woodlands as opposed to cities or even small villages. His current residence is in the Redwood forests at the base of the Unicorn Mountain range 2 days east of the Lunar Bay on the West coast on Equestria. He also has a soft spot for foals and children in general. Donating often to the scouts, or to schools and even orphanages.
 
He doesn’t know why, but the cross around his neck gives him comfort, and has even tempered his anger. It was fashioned from a redwood stick, snapped in twine, and melded with blue stained glass. The two pieces were then carefully glued and nailed together. Ever since, it has never left his neck.
 
He doesn’t believe in the alicorns(or Discord) as deities. While he recognizes their rule, his experience tells him they’re just long lived, and powerful. “If it bleeds, You can kill it” as they say. He also despises the royal system of government they use, but tolerates it simply because the sisters keep the nobles at bay; He has made clear on several occasions while in Canterlot, that should the sisters fail to keep the nobles in check, declaring that “they will start a war they’ll never be able to finish”.
 
To this day he remains in Equestria, preparing to finish the War he ran from, praying the sisters will help, and maybe find love again. Assuming his quest for liberation and vengeance don’t kill him, he’d love to start a family of his own. Either through finding a lovely mare, or adoption, he’s okay with both.
