If Fluttershy fails reforming Bowser, he will kidnap her. Discord have to take her back.  
If she succeed, no more Mario game featuring Bowser as villain then.

Actually, Bowser’s a really nice guy.
 
He’s rough around the edges, but he’s been a hero before :)
 
Against Smithy, he actually got along pretty well with Mario, and actually seemed to really care about all his minions that opted for retirement…like they were his family. Then he had a son of his own.
 
Bowser’s a real sweatheart.

Bowser’s a pretty good guy when it comes to it. He likes Peach a bit too obsessively, but when it comes to anything other than her, he’ll watch Mario’s back. He’ll even take the lead if it’s Peach who’s in trouble.

I can’t see Bowser reforming. His villain card is the source of his health insurance, and no one in their right mind would give that up.
 
Besides, he’s not so much evil as a jerk.
