I think the Ki_tsu is referring to Kimetsu no Yaiba/Demon Slayer, which is a popular manga/anime right now.
The green-black pattern on the gashapon is similar to the one on Tanjirou, the series’ protagonist clothes.
 
Okay, yeah. Kimetsu no Yaiba in Japanese is 鬼滅の刃, and that machine behind them has 鬼刃 on the curtain. That’s gotta be it.

Quibble is saying “This! Ki_tsu! Did you like it?” and Wind Sprint replies “Not really.” The description says that Uotapo overheard a father and his child saying this at an arcade.
The problem here is that Uotapo’s hiding the full name of the game by leaving a big “O” (or “maru” sign in Japanese) in the middle of the word, likely because it’s common to not fully name trademarked things when you make fun of them. And for the life of me, I have no idea what game he’s referring to here.
I did ask him on Twitter, though. I expect he’ll reply when it’s not the middle of the night.
