It was suppose to be a normal peaceful event….
A moment for their royal majesties to enjoy themselves alongside their new adoptive foal/human son. The Empress and Emperor of the Equestrian Empire longing for such a day. Their now official son eager to see the world beyond the castle. Much to the populaces surprise. All the while an ancient and vengeful evil thought gone now plots their demise and shall act upon it om this very day. With the now prince is his guardian, or “big sister” eager to also have time with somepony whom values her so close as family. All the while attempting to resist her own inner demons.
