That’s what I felt when they did this episode, it wasn’t Twilicorn that I had a problem with it was the way it was executed.
 
The whole episode was rushed out the door because Hasbro wanted them to add Alicorn Twilight to the mix (Oh geez JUST LIKE THE POWER RANGERS WILD FORCE EPISODE “FOREVER RED”!!!)

I had as little hope for princess twilight like i did with cadance. Cadance and her episodes turned out alright.
 
Twilight like i may have said before was expected but I’m angry only at hasbro for the hasty introduction. The writers will do something great with this new source of power.

I believe OP meant and should add “Didn’t make a fuss over it” in which could have prevented all the unnecessary drama that has happen in the fanbase.
 
Of course there are a few things that I disagree with the direction they’re going with but if you happens to like it then cheers to you.

I used to dind’t like alicorn twilight but then Equestria girls hit so hard that now I’m ok with it.
 
I still think it will relate wilight to a near background pony situation and seriously reduce the potential of episodes centered on her because now it would have to be princess related but the rest of stuff should manage do deal with it.

I don’t hate Alicorn Twilight I just hate how they handle it so fast at the end just, BAM your alicorn now BAM your a princess now BAM you can fly now. Its like the end of Forever Red where it’s oh no giant unstoppable robot dragon going to destroy everything lets kill it with a toy we’re promoting. I’m done ranking.
