Once the A-38 is filled and filed, the players must each roll a dice to have the quest approved. If the average of all the combined dice roll exceeds 2, the quest is approved.
If a quest is not approved they are locked out of said quest until they complete another quest.
Once approved, each players fills out a requisition form for supplies and gear. Roll a dice for availability. A roll of 2 or less means the requested items and gear are not available for the remainder of the quest.
Like we need a reason.
