Blindsight is a unicorn that lost their eyes when very young. Some hornfight rough play gone wrong, I’ll bet!
This didn’t stop them from finding ways to study magic, and ultimately - honed it as a new sense to replace sight.
Blindsight senses living auras and cosmic positions. They can sense where people are around them, their intentions, and often their fates.
Of course, not everyone wishes to know these things..
