Meet Night Blizzard :3
 
Night Blizzard is the Queen of a clan of Vikings, who is currently seeking to ravel to Equestria, in hopes of helping to set up trade and immigration for her clan, as their homeland is being ravaged by harsh conditions.
 
She is a kind and just ruler, who seeks out to protect her people. She is not like other royalty, as she has been know to go about in public by herself and try and interact as best as she can with the common folk, and during times of war, she has also been known to take part in battle herself, leading the charge.
 
Although she is not a unicorn, she has a magic staff of hers that allows her to use a few basic spells, as well as being able to use a wide range of ice and snow related magic. The staff becomes more powerful when it is used at night.
