I’m a truck driver soooobthat won’t be until after the deadline I think I fixed it there was an option in my settings called fill transparent backgrounds when downloading files
Oog, that’s happend to me before.
I suggest waiting until you are at your computer or something then try downloading it, that might work
This was the transparent version my phone just doesn’t save that it turns the transparent into white some how and I’m trying to figure out how to fix it
COuld you ask the artist if they are able to give you a transparent version?
Agh the artist sent it to me in one but I’m not sure how to save it with one on my phone
