You will need ReVAmped Ponies V6 downloaded and installed in your usermod/addons folder if using either version as the model relies on some of the common textures that are shared with the other pony models, like the tongue and eyebrows.
SFM: Extract the models and materials into the usermod folder for SourceFilmmaker.
GMod: Place the addons folder in your garrysmod folder.
