While I’m of the “pro-hair” mind, I can easily see his reasoning. You can make the whole “well I was bald when I was born so your argument is invalid” counter-argument, but his logic is actually very sound. Yes many babies are born bald, but what he is referring to is that all of his MEMORIES have him having hair only on his head. We generally don’t recall and memory before the age of 4, so even in people’s earliest memories they remember having hair.

It’s not until puberty that we really start to develop hair on other places of the body (face, underarms, chest, pubes, etc.) and can feel a bit odd to people because they just never grew accustomed to it. You can aruge “well it’s natural to have them, so not wanting them is unnatural” but while that is true, one thing you have to take into consideration is the societal impact on such issues as these. While it opinions on pubic hair differ from culture to culture, American culture tends to lean towards a shaved mindset. Given how much we are exposed to society and culture in today’s age of info bombardment and even before the info boom, it’s natural for us to assume a similar mindset.

Now I know I just placed a bunch of counter-arguements against “pro-hair” people, but the kicker is that I actually prefer some hair, as long as it is well-kept. That being said, his logic/reasoning isn’t off base in the slightest.

I respect your opinion and find your logic to be sound, and while I to have different preferences, we all have to remember that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and that everyone has a different opinion on what they find attractive or not. ^^

I think there’s also a law or something about how old a baby has to be before you’re allowed to put it on a set.

I’m pretty sure most people are born bald. Peach fuzz, maybe, or like a few strands, but little enough that you’d call ‘em bald if they were adults. C-section kiddies are apparently the ones who have hair, sometimes, IIRC, possibly because that op is performed when the babby’s late.

I also heard that they don’t use things that look like real newborns in the media ‘cos real newborns are generally hella ugly. From what I’ve seen, this is probably the case.

Hey man. I kinda like pubic hair. I think it makes a girl about 15% more sexy.

On humanized or anthros, that is.

On regular ponies it looks kinda weird.

I guess it has to do with the fact that we don’t have hair on these parts of our bodies when we were born, so it feels unnatural so some of us.
I think that may be why I hate Pubic and Facial hair; I remember a time when I didn’t have hair in those places, ever.

seeing as we’re all throwing around opinions, I think trimmed Is best so as to look natural but to keep it shaved Is should not be expected., thank you.

I never got people’s aversions to hair. It’s like they just want this weird silky smooth body, but they keep a head of hair.

Also, that combo actually looks decent on me so it’s worth it regardless.
