Still haven’t seen that movie yet, so I can’t comment on that.
Well, you could also argue the same sort of Zuko personality and traits were also used by Namaari in Raya and the Last Dragon. …Sans the face scar, of course.
I’d say that Tempest is a bit more like Prince Zuko than Vader, I mean, with the scar, chasing all over the land to capture the protagonist in order to be rewarded something by the main bad guy who only shows up at the end and being accompanied by someone who is more concerned with something edible than joining the hunt. And ultimately, unlike Vader, neither Zuko nor Tempest dies at the end.
True, but there’s one thing that makes Tempest and Anakin similar; they’ve redeemed themselves.
Except Vader/Anakin died at the end of Return of the Jedi.
True. You kinda need to give the villain a reason to reform. Darth Vader’s a prime example of this.
But if the Storm King wasn’t there, how could Tempest have reformed?
She was a cool mom, I admit, but my personal favorite character in the movie was Tempest.
Though I love Novo, I’d say Capper was my favorite part of the movie.
Dude, she was the best part of the movie! As much as I can… sort of enjoy the Storm King, I’d say Tempest would make a better villain than him.
One of the reasons why I pretty much discarded the entire fandom (with the exceptions of some of the famous bronies). The “Save G4” campaign is the biggest reason of course, but people hating on the movie when we barely know anything about it also plays a part.
Not to mention we don’t know a lot about the movie
Gotta love everyone putting down the new movie even before its out.
This fandom will never change…
The 2021 Movie won’t be the same…It will never capture or top this masterpiece… :(
