Healing Glory and Sincere Scholar, two extensively different mares and yet similar in some characteristics than known. The more headstrong elements of their component mares giving these gals the ability to perform their tasks and to tolerate the mass amounts of stress that such managerial positions tend to carry as the burden they now bear. With so much going on in between their lives of being their royal positions as well as tending to family and chasing their hobbies, these two have developed a rather close friendship that allows these two mares to talk about what was going on so far in their similar yet so dramatic lives. Whether it be Sincere rambling on about the many struggles and stresses such a tutor, mentor , and manager she has become when tending to her students and her staff for Equestria’s education system. Maintaining quality education and ensuring that her students become productive members of society certainty is no trot in the park so for her to express her frustration, let alone with somepony that understands her is a major booster. Let alone then when Healing is able to then compare similar struggles she gets when she needs to manage and maintain peak health and fashion standards of her clothing lines as well as the smooth and knowledgeable buildup of her component mares needed to run a medical staff at Canterlot Hospital as well as the other branches of its vast medical system. Sometimes, mares just need a time to relax and to sit down and have a little fun, even if that is in the form of a rather simple game like tic tac toe…
