Basically, it’s wondering why people call it an oven (which sounds like of-IN), when you put the food IN to cook it, and only take it OUT when it’s hot and you need to eat it.

It’s a reference to a meme from like almost a decade ago, where a copypasta reading, “Why do they call it oven when you of in the cold food of out hot eat the food?” was edited over a Garfield strip. The joke is that it doesn’t make any sense at all.
