Pinkie does do this of her own accord at the beginning of the episode. (Of course she’s the one most expected to) Twilight doesn’t fall into the pool if I recall - she falls into the mud!
 
I like that she laughs at the idea of this though. If not for the above mentioned I’d say they were teasing me.

Can you do one of her in her Legend of Everfree outfit too? (And maybe one that isn’t the result of bullies, instead either accidental or having fun with it?)
 
Aside from the way in which it’s done (which feels a little mean-spirited in-universe), I do like this. But she already got that outfit wet in Monday Blues.
 
I have seen some of Rainbow Dash in her original outfit already so I’m satisfied there (plus I think she was soaked with sweat for Awesome As I Wanna Be given drops of sweat are flying from her hair). Shorts are my favorite for that kind of thing, plus Twilight’s are shorter and tighter than Sunset, Rarity, and Pinkie’s in LoE. (There’s also Rarity’s skintight unitard from The Other Side but she got it wet in Do It For the Ponygram)
 
And this isn’t a fetish to me (I do have some fetishes but they’re far less family-friendly than wam), but I do like it played with female characters in attractive outfits all the same. (And also despite this I wouldn’t do something like what the bullies did in real life. I’d only do something like that if I knew she didn’t mind)
