Yup. My thought was that this one was dialed back a little to make her squirm more. My thinking is that getting off the platform is literally impossible as it ramps up resistance more until the point of almost getting free—at which point it goes to 100% and yanks them back into their pose.
After all, those Shadowbolts are tricky sorts. (I didn’t actually mention the Shadowbolts motif, it was all Pyrisa’s work, and I freakin’ love it.)
The commissioner asked for the pull back to be more “elastic”, that’s why.
