Yeah. The Aligned version of Arcee is the only incarnation of her being blue instead of pink because she is much more like the G1 character Chromia. Also, when Arcee is blue in the Aligned Continuity, the Aligned version of Chromia is turquoise or aquamarine.
But what about Greenlight and Lancer?

Is referring to the partnership Arcee had with Cliffjumper in Transformers Prime.
Which as I said this is G1 based this is G1 Arcee which is different from TFP Arcee (though yes Prime Breakdown is present in this universe)
Also terms for human sexual orientation like bisexual don’t really apply to Cybertonians.
It’s IDW’s G1, which is different from the G1 of the 80s.

I don’t think it’s been confirmed that she’s a transwoman in the new comics. She was in the previous one, but that’s more of a Gen4/Gen5 difference thing. In the previous one, she was still a lesbian though, happily romancing the transformer Aileron later on.

From what one of my friends told me Arcee is a lesbian and transwoman in the current IDW continuity, with Greenlight being her girlfriend.
Both of them are also the adoptive mother’s of a transformer that Arcee mentors called Gauge.
Elita One has Optimus Prime, Chromia has Ironhide, Firestar has Inferno and Moonracer has Powerglide as proper boyfriends and girlfriends respectfully.
What about Elita One, Chromia, Firestar, Moonracer, and Lancer?
I see. Never imagined one of my favourites Transformers, and an iconical G1 character, would be in a relationship with another fembot but it’s okay I guess.
I hope this sequel gets more background and a better plot development than the first comics.

They are a couple in the new IDW comics. They are the “moms” of Gauge, that little bot that Pinkie Pie met in the previous croosover.
