Somethings inside the villain’s heads broke their minds….

Agree. Like any fan comics, it has its weaknesses and controversies, the story of Tirek was masterfully done although it is unclear about Cozy Glow and Chrysalis as these both have got fan-constructed background stories. We have seen the beginning of the three characters’ start against villainy in the first phase of the comic, where one can see how Tirek struggles with his demanding father, Cozy Glow had a rowdy behavior that was a cry for help and Chrysalis was dangerously naive during the meeting with strangers. The trigger in the second phase of the comic was when Tirek lost his trust in his father, Cozy Glow got her cutie mark and Chrysalis almost lost her people during an unprovoked attack.
 
The third phase of the comic will perhaps show the first crimes of the three future villains. Tirek will either find a magical teacher in secret from his father or plan his first coup attempt (probably after the IDW comic), Cozy Glow will lose her inclinations to manipulate others and ignore consequences - and Chrysalis may be in preparation for the attack (and genocide ) at Timbucktu. It is possible that Tirek will leave his parents to learn how to properly steal magic from others, and then prepare to attack Equestria. Coy Glow? No idea. Chrysalis, if the fanon writer here wants to stay close to the canon of the IDW comics, will either concentrate on resurrecting her people with dreams of becoming powerful - or just go straight to Timbucktu with an army of merciless warriors.
 
At least the comic, whether the villains can be reformed or not, will end up with Twilight having to confront Celestia, Luna and possibly Discord - and not least find out why no one had discovered the abuse of Cozy Glow and why three monster hunters had attacked the changelings so brutally and thoughtless. She learns, and will become much wiser as the ruler of Equestria.

I gotta say, this has been one of the greatest MLP fan comics so far and something the show should very much have dont. Keep up the good work!
