The gravity on the moon is still more than enough to hold liquid in a glass. It wouldn’t spill out of a cup any more than on Earth because while there is less gravity to hold it in the cup, there is less gravity accelerating it into the cup.
 
Also: there is no atmosphere on the moon, so what would actually happen is the liquid would boil away.

I think the joke here is that they’re on the moon, and no matter how much wine luna pours into the glass, it’s just gonna float away….

I think they’re supposed to maybe be on the moon, but the gradated blue background implies that they’re in an atmosphere, so I don’t know.
