I dunno if it affects the smell, but if you dug up the plant, you could see shape of the body in its roots. But unless you suspect that a body may have been buried there, then you wouldn’t have a reason to dig it up.

Why does that make me think that will make the flower smell weird?🤣 Like, not necessarily bad smelling, just not of its normal scent. Would that be something that could be simulated?😂😂🤣🤣🤣I don’t even know.🤣🤣🤣🤣

Burying bodies near plants (especially large ones like trees) is a good idea anyway, as a body has a lot of nutrients in it, so the roots will grow around to body to take the nutrients, effectively “eating” the body in a way that nobody on the surface would notice.

Agreed, I believe at this point you’d have better luck stuffing the body in a duffle bag full of silver fulminante and gravel then just slamming the bag down as hard as humanly possible on the sheriff’s desk.

That is impractical, do you realize how rare the geology is for a cliff with a large enough cave for a body on its face to exist? I’d wager that there’s probably no more than one per every 1000 square miles.

And the ones that do exist have likely all been well mapped out by geologists, especially if they are anywhere near a city or town. Those kinds of things are highly sought out, since it is very likely that the reason for the formation of the cave was due to water running through, which could mean that the interior of said cave might have valuable minerals inside.
