Technically, BunBun was first drawn by Dolly, but she was designed collectively by /mlp/‘s Pregnancy General. There’s not really any one official source for Bundle Joy “canon”.
Since she’s a surrogate, as defined by the owner of Bundle, she can produce alicorn offspring, but imo there’s an equal distribution of her offspring type (earth, unicorn, pegasus and alicorn), but that’s just my own depiction since Bundle doesn’t belong to me
