Not to mention that she still considered Tempest as her mommy meaning she doesn’t care that she knew the truth about her being the Storm Monster that put her through.

Finally she’s standing up for what she truely wants.

So it looks like Lullaby still cares about Tempest and she’s still calls her Mommy Fizzy and doesn’t care that she was the Storm Monster but she did understand that Tempest did bad things in the past but Lullaby also understands that Tempest is making up for her mistakes by raising Lullaby as Tempest’s daughter.
 
And it looks like she saw through Rusty’s ruse making Lullaby realize that he is lying and using her to lure Tempest and Thistle into a trap since Rusty knew Fireweed’s plan didn’t work and she also realize he’s still in bad shape from the beating Tempest put him through earlier that would give Lullaby edge she needed to escape him and return to her mommies.
