You make your way to the beach area where hundreds of ponies are gathered under the dimming evening sky.
 
On the southern side of the beach, you see a small crowd in front of a stage, some chatting with a band of harpies as they ready their instruments. To the north, dozens of tables quickly fill up as attendants bring trays from a nearby cooking station.
 
Sea Swirl: “Alright! The captain should be waiting for you at that table over there. And when you get bored of being a hero, come and have fun with us instead, huh?”
 
After a playful flank bump, you thank Sea Swirl, and join Captain Moor at his table. Furia Storm strategically sits between you and Moonflower.
 
Captain Moor: “Ah, so our guests have arrived. Moonflower, Trailblazer, and you, Furia Storm. Welcome, and may this evening be yours!”
 
As Captain Moor’s commanding voice fills the air, the bustling around you lowers to a whisper, then to silence.
 
Captain Moor: “Now, travellers, you may be wondering why we are waiting here in the dark of night. Well, as it is the tradition here in Amblerta, we begin each celebration by first lighting the Beacon of Light.”
 
The captain gestures to a large brazier standing tall in the centre of the beach area. A coast guard approaches your table, holding a lit torch.
 
Captain Moor: “And today, the time has finally come. Furia Storm, will you do us the honour?”
 
The siren seems hesitant. She glances nervously between you and the torch.
