That’s the cool part though. If the book expanded further to other pony races it may give them a magical horn or something to use the corrupt magic with. I’m not one for seeing them use it for sexual purposes, well maybe except for just Trixie, but it’s a bummer the episode couldn’t go further, but it would lead to a bad ending if it did.

Too bad we don’t know if this spell works on non-unicorn. Maybe it’s so downplayed because it’s so easy to break, just tell the truth! But yeah, what if it can’t be broken? That’s a lot of super fun (and maybe sexual) possibilities!

Honestly out of the six of them, Pinkie would be the most dangerous with that power. Twilight actually has the ability to associate with darkness more because of her reclusive lifestyle, but yes, she would probably do what you said or make everyone read books everyday. Dash is considered the unintelligent one of the group and would probably use it to make everyone into sporty tomboys and say how cool each other are everyday. Fluttershy…I don’t know. She may form an Equestrian version of PETA and make everyone care for all animals and mythical creatures in the world. Lastly Applejack will probably force everyone to work everyday. But for Pinkie, she may make a world full of endless partying and also suffering as her alter ego Diane. This is why I like this episode because of the possibilities of what would happen if Rarity succeeded. I mean she literally made chariots near the episodes end and was about to actually take over the entire world and her friends never once noticed anything unusual. Both Trixie and Rarity underwent possession from magical material objects in exchange for power, well Trixie wanted power to get back at purple book unicorn. Rarity originally just wanted inspiration.

That’s a very powerful spell and it’s kind of funny the episode didn’t make too big of a deal out of it. I wonder what would happen if ponies other than Rarity gets the spell. What if Twilight gets it and forces the entire Ponyville, heck the entire Equestria to be absolutely organized? :P

Nice. The episode for this to me was very interesting because Spike gave Rarity a forbidden book just to seek inspiration and it cost her her own will to gain incredible power the way Trixie was with the amulet. With that much power the book gave her she could have easily mind-controlled the Equestrian population, even the villians into forever being fabulous and gorgeous to her liking, but Spike had to ruin it (kidding).
