Granny Smith was a hardworking mare, raising her son and later on her grandchildren all by herself. Granny was always a strong hearted and bold mare, always being as stubborn as a mule. When her son and daughter-in-law died in a tragic accident the mare was left to raise her three grandchildren all alone. It was hard, very hard, but she did it. After a long successful life, Granny passed away from old age not long after her great-granddaughter, Cherry Custard Tart was born. She died happy and satisfied with the life she had created.

Described as a gentle giant, Big Mac is the oldest child and only son of Bright & Pear. He has the most memories of his parents and holds them very close. Not too long after the show’s finale Sugar Belle announced to him that she was pregnant and soon after their son, Sour Cortland Apple was born. Big Mac is so happy with his family and loved his wife and son more than anything. He is aware he probably has more foals out there since he used to be a sperm donor, but he allows any to contact him if they please, so all he can do is wait for that fateful day.

Sugar Belle grew up in a very small town with two loving parents. Once reaching adulthood she moved to Starlight’s town, and after being freed again, getting her cutie mark back, and just living her life again she fell in love with Big Mac. After her father disowned her when she married Bright Mac, Pear butter (better known as Buttercup) had to continue on with her life. Just a few months passed until she had Big Mac. Applejack soon after & finally Applebloom. Just a year after Applebloom was born a tragedy struck the family, causing the early deaths of Bright & Buttercup. Sadly that’s where the happy couple’s story had ended. Buttercup was a sweet and funloving mare who loved her family more than life itself.

Big Mac was still just a colt so it remained in Bright’s mother’s care until Mac ultimately handed the farm over to AJ.
