Oh, and T_a’s question: External factors say the man’s lying, because nobody lies all the time. It’s impossible to learn to communicate without telling the truth sometimes.
But people usually just accept the claim that this is unsolvable and don’t really think about it, because they got some philosopher wrong or something.
