That they confiscated a Lego capitol set from one of the insurrectionists is confirmed by official documents. Whether or not it was used in the planning is uncertain (which virtually every news source I’ve read on the subject notes), but depending on how accurate Lego set was, it’s not outside the realm of possibility that he might have used it to help visualize things. Keep in mind that the question isn’t “would a Lego set be useful in planning an attack on the Capitol” it’s “are the type of people who follow QAnon dumb enough to think it would help them?”
