Hello my friends. Today I bring you deputy officer Copper Top as a mermaid, weeks after her transformation and after losing the “ability” to get her clothes dissolved. The transformation is permanent, is still transmissible, but her garments and uniform will no longer vanish into seafoam.
 
On the positive side, being an Earth-based mermaid has its advantages: she can do many human things. She is trying to live her life as normally as possible. Having sea-legs is not stopping this duty-bound lady at all. She is enjoying her stereotypical police-breakfast (coffee and donut), by the sea.  
Has she been assigned to coast-guard support? Underwater investigations? Unsolved crimes? Search and rescue? Smuggling and piracy deterrence?
 
So many fun ramifications and possibilities!!!
