I don’t think they’d get along well.
I mean,
AM hates humanity in general, GLaDOS just hates one.
AM sees them as toys, GLaDOS as research specimens.
AM breaks them just to watch them suffer, GLaDOS only to dispose of them when they serve her no more purpose.
