Hey, I don’t know if you read these. But I know what it’s like to hurt. For the last 7 years I’ve been struggling with depression and schizophrenia. The voices in my head tell me I’m worthless and to kill myself almost everyday. It took me awhile but I am slowly rebuilding myself. The annoying thing how you can be doing so well and the just be at rock-bottom in a second. I just want to say, don’t give up no matter how many times we fall we can always get back up. I know you can lose site of that when spiraling in a depressive episode but above all else you have to remember those who care for you. I know we never met and you will most likely not see this. But I care about you. And don’t want to see a life lost to this horrible mental illness.

clinical depression is a bitch

Depression caused by loneliness fucking sucks, and is something I’m going through right now as well.

I’m guessing, at this point, the worst question I could ask is if there’s anywhere in particular she’d prefer to hang out.

thanks for uploading this. i’ve been emotionally starved and i’ll settle for feeling anything at all. it’s reassuring to know that this experience isnt exclusive to myself.
