Ah, I see, ha ha truthfully I wouldn’t mind more Gabby in our lives, but I get what you mean. It’s funny how time verifies certain dynamics, and creates new ones overall, heh.

I forgot about Dragon Quest actually, lol.
 
And looking back, maybe Gabby could replace Starlight… But my original idea of Spike’s Angels was developed before Gabby was introduced as a potential Spike shipmate so huh.

I remember making this wallpaper and the little logo in relation to “Dragonquest” - all the way back from season 2.  
This takes me back. Good times, good times. I wonder why someone suddenly decided to dig that one out though, kinda random thing to happen ^^’
 
Speaking about random, Starlight/Spike dynamic never felt paticularly distinct. Especially since Starlight often was used as replacement for Spike or Twilight for one reason or another so she wasn’t adding anything new. As Rares and Amber, sure, they have some fun dynamic with Spike, and it was always enjoyable seeing those two girls interacting with him. ^^

My idea of Spike’s Angels woulda been Rarity, Starlight, and Ember. And Thorax as Bosley.
