FWIW on earth the average life span of a pony or horse is around 40 years. If Equestria’s the same then they are getting old in their 30’s. Rather well preserved by the looks of them, Rarity may have been on to something with those spa treatments, lol.

rarity likely can be explained due to the stress of running her fashion empire also I think you got the ages wrong. I think they’re in their 20s for g4 and age up to 40s

That sounds right. But a source would be helpful with this.
 
I estimate the age difference between them and Li’l Cheese is the same as Applejack’s parents and Apple Bloom. (Going to Seed’s flashback was right before they’d develop the eyebags.)
 
And it never says they’re late 30’s here. Please don’t undermine legitimate issues with false assumptions.

If I’m not wrong, somebody from the show staff mentioned that The Last Problem’s future scenes take place 15 to 25 years after the rest of FiM. The Mane 6 were probably in their mid-to-late-twenties by the time FiM ended and somewhere between 40 and 55 in The Last Problem’s future scenes.

I think that was a decision on the design/animation side of things given their description per the leaked script doesn’t mention the eyebags. Which again, they make them look too old given how Twilight Velvet and the rest of the M6 parents didn’t look that old.

Given how the Cakes Twins are adults already, this would be a 20 year time skip so I would say they are on their 40-50s. Although I still point the fact adding those eyebags were unnecessary given the fact they should be as old as their parents were during the show.

If that was the case, wouldn’t it be strange to have Pinkie be the mother of a colt so young looking? There’s also Big Mac and Shugerbelle. I doubt their past middle aged.
