I think this guy’s name is ‘Wings’, but don’t know how to confirm. Was my favorite pony design from the movie. Didn’t look like they gave him a particular cutie mark (not that I could tell).

Though I’m very doubtful, you could be right and there was a mix-up somewhere (they misspelled Twilight).
We don’t get to see this guy’s mane, but considering his tail is white, it’s safe to assume it’s white as well. Plus, the Ruddy toy comes with a lanyard, and the photo on it looks just like this character, sans goatee. Both characters also have dark eyebrows, despite the white hair.
