Description
Here is the finished version of my interpretation of the two Royal Pegasus sisters from the new ‘My Little Pony A New Generation’ movie.I decided to make these two of African American decent. :) I also wanted to experiment with different body types, making Zipp muscular and more athletic, while Pipp is more slender like a Balerina body.
Pose wise, I wanted to also show their different personalities and interests, having Pipp in a mid dance, perhaps showing a new routine to her older sister, while she watches, trying to convey some interest but just wants to chill out and eat some chocolate.
What makes the lips so off-limits?
That is the thing I also wanted to say. Good job! That doesn’t mean I completely hate this art.
Dude… I really like the perception of what artist was going with, and I must admit, even I can see some of my favorite characters with African ethnicity. But I need to say, Some of the features on this art can look very offensive toward African-Americans.

Cuz it’s disgusting, it’s obvious.
This happens every time an artist makes a character “too dark” or have “big lips.”
In other words, when an artist makes a character have an African American design.
From what I’ve learned, the only changes you can make to the mane six as humans are their height and breast/hip sizes (because that counts as character traits, apparently); them being caucasian/anime/whatever is supposed to be the defacto choice.
I’m not racist, my friend. It’s just the lipstick don’t fit the appearance and purple hairstyles doesn’t look good with their facial features.

Its almost like humans with dark skin exist you fucking racist.
