You got a good eye and reasoning for color theory, the scheme you came up with really works well and as I’d said was super close to what I’d had in mind when I sketched it. I’ll color that frame up to show off what I had in mind for it!

Her wing color probably would work better, I usually tend to add a light blue to any whites I use so that it gives it a cool vibe and makes it look less pure white. Kinda like your avatar background! Little lighter but close. That way you can still see small details and curvature while it can still remain solid white for the most part. Same goes for black, I tend to use a dark purple or dark blue depending on whether I want the color to look evil and edgy or dark and romantic.

But anyway naw yeah, I’m like 100% hooked on Pipp so expect a lot more of her outta me. I really wanna draw up a storyboard for the entire music video. One day when I make music, I wanna make it an actual full-fledged thing, music vid and all, animated and everything.

But that’s WAY future. I haven’t even started learning Fruityloops yet lmfao.

But yeah, rest assured, gonna draw more Pipp in cyber candy suit.

It’s always hard for me to find a good gold yellow, what works right on metals doesn’t really look great on something else so that’s always complicated to figure out. I like to think her tongue is full on gilded, shiny texture and all. You know, so she can lick candy properly. I wasn’t sure I could give the hands enough detail just by the sketch, so I made them gloves and I thought it fit well with her golden hooves and all. I’d also thought about making some highlight green, but decided against it, though the green in the jewel and spirals (which get all the colours mixed, and also add to the hypno vibes imo) is her eye colour, and also I used her fetlock colour for the inside of her ears. I debated a bit where to put the mane colour and where to put the white, but I instantly knew it was gonna be those two and gold highlights, it just fit so well. Though maybe I should have used her wing colour instead of pure white.

Fuck yes, please. Also hoping you do something cool with the visor, I tried to but couldn’t really do what I was trying for and I had to settle for just fancy lettering instead. Like I said, hypno vibes, which are good for me.

But nah I basically imagiend the purple on her hips and the white on her tummy swapped so the purple looked like a faux leotard, and the yellow was more gold-orange. But yeah basically the same color scheme!

Def keeping “Yellow tongue” in mind for Pipp tho.
